Government has failed to provide one of it's MOST BASIC FUNCTIONS - America's sovereignty.
Illegal immigrants cost every American Tax Payer look at our prisons, schools, crime, healthcare, drugs and gangs
(admittedly not all fall into these categories) but the cost is real when they do!
And what about that oath to protect us from our enemies, both foreign and domestic? is that another failure?
